Started in a humble workshop with a team of around ten people, relying solely on an old lathe, two old welding machines, and basic processing facilities. Initial products focused on dairy equipment such as milk buckets and cups, gradually building technical and market experience.

With continuous business growth, the workforce expanded from a dozen people to over 200, and annual output value rose from a few million to tens of millions of RMB, achieving the company's first major leap forward.

Implemented 6S management (full participation, item positioning, visual management).

Expanded operations from dairy equipment into pharmaceuticals, concentration & extraction, craft chemical processing, and hazardous material containment, establishing full-value-chain coverage in stainless steel manufacturing.

Invested an additional 50 million RMB to launch Phase II construction, adding a 30,000 m² R&D building and four new production workshops.

‌Obtained the Industrial Production License of Jiangsu Province and passed qualifications for hazardous container and pressure vessel manufacturing. Workforce grew to 550 employees, and annual output value exceeded 150 million RMB.

Became a member unit of the China Chemical and Physical Power Supply Industry Association.

Obtained U.S. ASME certification and Radiation Safety License, gaining global recognition for Zhengheng's craftsmanship and product quality.
